WHERE SHOULD YOU BEGIN?
Begin by writing down what you want your new kitchen or bath to do differently and what are the issues with your current set up. Try to find photos in magazines and on the web that capture what you are looking for.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE DESIGNER?
If you already have an idea of what you would like to change, what type of cabinets you like, what countertop materials you prefer, what flooring you picture, and what color scheme you envision, you are miles ahead in the process. WHAT QUESTIONS SHOULD I ASK?
The most important thing to ask is, “Do I think that this designer can create my dream kitchen, bathroom, or living area?” And the way to figure that out is by asking questions like these: Do you like the displays they are showing you? Do they have the experience you require? Are they certified designers? Can they provide examples of their work? Do they have more than a couple of satisfied customers?

CAN YOU MATCH MY EXISTING CABINETS OR FURNITURE?
All woods and stains change color over time—some more so than others. In most instances we can find cabinetry that may be compatible (not an exact match) with your existing cabinets or furniture.

WHAT IS THE BEST TYPE OF COUNTERTOP FOR THE KITCHEN? FOR BATHROOMS? FOR THE LAUNDRY ROOM?
There are many possible countertop choices. As with cabinets, your budget needs to be matched with your desire for flexibility of design and product longevity. Laminate, solid surface, quartz-enhanced and granite are all good choices.

FOR ABOUT THE SAME PRICE AS CORIAN, SHOULD I BUY GRANITE?
While it is true that some granites are similarly priced as acrylics, their characteristics are very different. Granite counters will most likely have a visible seam and are very unforgiving to glass objects. If you have young children who tend to place glasses/cups down hard, think about the safety aspect of granite. Granite also takes a long time to warm up and can feel cold on winter mornings. Acrylics are seamless and more forgiving and take on the room temperature quickly. However, being plastic, they scratch, but can be sanded/buffed back to their original new look.

HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST?
Once the material choices are finalized and measurements taken we can provide an accurate price. Prior to this, we can give you some rough estimates to assist your decision making.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY?
Our payment structure was established to make the work flow smoothly and to ensure the client feels safe and satisfied during the entire process. Payments are made based on agreed upon milestones.

WHAT IS A TYPICAL RETURN ON INVESTMENT FOR A KITCHEN REMODEL?
A typical return on investment for a kitchen remodel according to leading Realtor Magazines is between 84.8% and 98.5% depending on scale and budget. Major metropolitan areas tend to be higher – in the 119.5% to 135% range, which greatly increases your returns on a well executed remodel.

HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?
A standard kitchen or bathroom, if planned properly, will take 3-5 weeks from start to finish once the materials arrive. At 99%, we have one of the best on-time delivery records in the business.

CAN YOU FURNISH US WITH A LIST OF REFERENCES?
Absolutely. You are welcome to randomly select from our extensive client list. This way you can be certain we are not “stacking the deck”. Also, our sales are 100% through referrals. We do not advertise.
